Q: How much do you charge for embroidery?

A: Embroidery prices are based on the complexity of the design as well as the number of stitches within the design.

Q: I have a logo/picture/image that I would like to get embroidered onto a shirt. Is that something you can do?

A: Yes, we can embroider your logo/picture/image into the garment of your choice. There is a one time fee of $65 that covers the setup fee as well as covering the logo/picture/image to an embroidery format.


Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A: No, we do not have a minimum order quantity requirement?


Q: How do I go about placing an order?

A: You may place an order using our order form.


Q: I received an email regarding an invoice; when is the invoice due?

A: Your invoice is due upon receipt, no work will be started until payment has been received/cleared your financial institution.


Q: How do I pay this invoice that I received?

A: Your invoice can be paid via the link provided in the invoice, via CashApp or Zelle.


Q: I didn't see your address online; where are you located?

A: We are a small home-based business operating in La Vergne, TN. For garment drop-offs & pick-ups we operate via appointment only.


Q: What is your turn-around time?

A: Our standard turn-around time is 7-10 business days, excluding holidays.


Q: Do you provide the garments for embroidery or can I bring you what I have?

A: You can bring the garments that you want embroidered or we can provide the garments (for an additional cost).


Q:Do you offer delivery?

A: We do offer delivery within a 20 mile radius of our location for an additional fee.


Q: Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

A: We offer competitive pricing based on order volume.


Q: Do you do screen print?

A: No, at this time we do not do screenprint.
